How to place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I use multiple forms of payments on my order?
We are currently unable to accept multiple credit cards on an order.

Can I Modify, Add, or Cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel or make some changes within 30 minutes of placing your order. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please click on the “EDIT ORDER” button on your order confirmation page.

If you’re unable to cancel your order within 30 minutes, please email our Customer Service team at order@molywear.com. We’ll do our best to cancel it before it ships, but we can’t guarantee it.

Please note, at this time we only have the option to do the following: change the quantity, change size, remove an item, update the street address or name, and cancel the entire order. Should you need to edit something that is not part of those options, you will need to cancel your entire order and replace it correctly.

I can’t get my order to go through, it keeps giving me an error.
This could be happening for multiple reasons, but they all have an easy solution. The most common reason for an error is due to an incorrect billing address being entered at checkout. Please verify the billing address you have entered matches the address on file with your bank. If the address is correct, please verify with your bank to ensure it is not being flagged by their fraud department. Once both are verified, please Contact Customer Service should you continue having issues.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return your unused and clean item for a refund, or a size exchange within 7 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Items purchased in a “Pack” or “Set” need to be returned in full. We cannot accept partial returns on item Packs or Sets .

To send in your return, please initiate the return/exchange on our online Returns Portal. You can select which items you would like to return or exchange for a different size and follow the remaining prompts.

Please note: We can only process exchanges for the same product in a different size. We cannot process exchanges for the same product in a different color, or for an entirely different product.

If you would like to exchange for a different color or product, first follow the steps in the Returns Portal to initiate the return and refund of your item. Next, we would be happy to help you place a new order email and provide you with free standard shipping on your repurchase order. You will be charged for the new product when it ships. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund generally within 5-7 business days*.

Your refund will be issued generally within 5-7 business days* from when we receive your return. If you are exchanging your item, the new size item will be mailed out within 5-7 business days* of receiving your return provided the inventory is in stock at the time your exchange is processed.

Products & Sizing
Do you offer pre-order or backorder options?
Yes, we do support these options. You will be able to place an order for any style, color, size. But minimum order quantity should be 300 units.

How does your clothing fit?
Our clothing is very form-fitting with an athletic cut. We highly recommend reviewing the size guide for each product listed on the website and comparing your measurements to determine which size will work best.

When in doubt or between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Do you offer a discount?
Yes, MOLYWEAR offer discount to our Customers have registered as members.
